2 medium eggs
1 pinch of salt
2 medium rasher (lean back bacon)
2 large tomatos
5 spray low-fat cooking spray
1 vegatable stock (sainburys)
2 low fat sausages
1.preheat the grill.arrage the sausages on the grill pan and cook for about 10 mins turning often
2. at the same time put the mushrooms into a saucepan and add the stock. slimmer gently whist cooking the rest of the meal.
3. arrage the bacon rashers and tomatoes on the groll with a sausages. continue to cook until bacon is crispy.
4. meanwhile, spray a non stick frying pan with low fat cooking spray,heat for a few seconds then crack eggs. cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, then finish them off under the grill whilst you aggange the sausages,bacon,tomatoes and mushrooms onto warm plates. slide the eggs onto the plate,season and serve!

175 g flour
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon natural low-fat yogurt
1 spray low-fat cooking spray
1 tablespoon hard margarine, melted and cooled
2 heaped tablespoon flour, (to dust dough surface)
Preheat the oven to Gas mark 6/200°C/400°F. Spray a non-stick baking tray with low-fat cooking spray.
Sift 175g of the flour into a mixing bowl and stir in the sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Beat together the yogurt, egg and melted margarine.
Make a well in the centre of the flour and add the yogurt mixture, mix gently to combine the dry and wet ingredients.
Lightly dust a clean work surface with the remaining flour and roll out the dough to 5mm (¼in) thick. With a sharp knife, cut the dough into 12 wedges and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until well risen and golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
Tip - I found making these into 6 a better idea and bigger!
PANCAKES WITH NUTELLA AND BANANA
(change banana if you don't like to strawberrys)

125 g flour, sifted, (4½oz)
1 medium egg(s)
300 ml skimmed milk, (½pt)
5 spray low-fat cooking spray,
for the filling;
8 teaspoon Ferrero Nutella
2 medium banana(s), peeled and sliced thinly
To make the pancakes, place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the centre. Crack the egg into the well and stir, gradually drawing in the flour. When the mixture is thick, add the milk a little at a time until you have a smooth batter – sieve the mixture if there are any lumps.
Spray a small non-stick pan with low fat cooking spray and heat until hot. Add 3 tbsp of batter and swirl to the edges of the pan. Cook over a medium heat for 1-2 mins until set and beginning to brown on the underside (lift the edge of the pancake to check). Flip and cook for a further 1 min until brown. Remove from the pan, keep warm and repeat to make 8 pancakes.
Spread half of each pancake with a tsp of nutella, scatter over a few slices of banana, fold in half and serve 2 per person.

Ingredients
* 125 g flour, sifted
* 1 medium egg(s)
* 1/2 pint skimmed milk
* 1 spray low-fat cooking spray
Instructions
* Put the flour into a bowl and break the egg into the centre.
* Add the milk gradually beating into a batter.
* Pour the batter into a jug.
* Heat a non-stick frying pan.
* Spray lightly with low-fat cooking spray.
* Pour in 3 tbsp batter and quickly swirl the pan to coat the base.
* Cook until the batter becomes firm and bubbles appear.
* Flip the pancake over.
* Serve with fresh lemon, artificial sweetener or sugar (at a Points value of ½ per teaspoon).
