Tip one: Always have cooked roast skinless chicken in your fridge -it's only 0.5pts per 30g and goes with everything!

Tip two: Have chopped up carrots and cumb- sticks

Tip three: Fancy something sweet, head for a picked onions there 0 points, It will stop you from eating something sweet

Tip Four: Some people think salad can be plain and boring on a plate, always spice it up by trying new sauces, added something different to it each day. Eg beetroot,sweetcorn,picked onions, different sauces

Tip five:Never stop yourself from having a treat, there is plenty of treats you can have that are low in points (look at chocolate pages -very low fat cakes - cakes)

Tip six: When drinking out, head for slim line tonic and diet products (even thou this is not good for us every day - when u are having a night out you need to save points)

Tip seven: Always have your food on a smaller plate, or in a bowl as it looks more and fills you up!

Tip eight: Once you have tooken a bite of your food, Place knife and fork on table and chew food more slower, Once you have finished your mouth full do the same over again! (This really do help)

Tip nine: When cooking put chewing gum in your mouth to stop you from nick picking at food, Or as above stick some picked beetroot or picked onions in a bowl next to you and eat them!

Tip ten: Have a glass of water 5 mins before your meals! (and during the day)

Tip eleven = Treat yourself when u have reached half a stone or one stone - (not food wise)

If you forgot to brush your teeth last night, did you decide this morning to throw in the towel and never brush your teeth again? Since you're obviously a slob who doesn't have enough self- discipline to remember to brush your teeth, why bother brushing them at all if you forgot to last night?

Of course not.

So if you had ice cream for dinner last night, or didn't exercise yesterday, or gained a pound this week, don't throw in the towel! Make a healthier choice for dinner tonight by eating something lean. Go for a short walk. Weigh in again next week.
