50g digestives light biscuits (maybe 75g if too small)
50g of light soft cheese
1x pack of birds eye light whipped cream
1x pack of suger free jelly
Fresh fruit (what ever flavour you making cheesecake)
3 tablespoons of hot water (maybe more)
pinch of suger
Vanilla essence
Crush Diestives biscuits up add pinch of salt and 1x drop of vanilla essence place in bottom of cheesecake dish and place in freezer
Mix the light soft cheese and the birds eye light whipped cream together, (with mixer or hand whisk)
Put jelly in another bowl and add 3 tablespoons of hotwater mix till it as disolved add TINY little bit of hot water if need (wait at least 5 mins to cool)
Once it done add to light soft cheese mix and mix well
You can add fresh fruit and mix well if you want (i do).
Once done place on top biscuits from freezer, Refrigrate at least 4 hours or over night until firm! IT'S READY
Tips add fresh fruit on top and a drop of birdseye light whipping cream to make it extra specail)
(u can make chocolate one but you need to find a low fat chocolate mix (jell-o is good but do not use the whole packet) - and you can spinkle chocolate on top if wish
store leftover cheesecake covered in fridge,
When i made mind i work out too be 1pts - 2pts a slice depend on prooducts use! (keep to low fat /light products)
you can change the jelly to any flavor you want
and make what ever cheesecake you wish!!!
Tips or ideas:
add fresh fruit on top when finished
add a drizzle of yought on top to finish off
add a bit of bird eye dream topping to finish

50g boiling water
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELLY suger free Strawberry
1 PACK OF BIRD EYE Whipped Topping
75G OF DIGESTIVES BISCUITS
ONE TEASPOON OF AMERETTO SYRUP
PINCH OF SUGER
to make base- get your biscuits and crush them in very small bits add amertto syrup
and pinch of suger - and one teaspoon of wcold water place in fridge
make your bird eye wipped topping with semi-skimmed milk in a bowl - mix for 2 min if still not thick mix for 2 more mins.
leave on side.
stir boiling water into dry jelly mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. stir until slightly thickened.Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min.spoon onto your base.
REFRIGERATE at least 4 hours or overnight until firm. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
once done - top with real strawberrys
if you wish add either a bit of whipped topping again on top for 2pts per packet or just some squirty cream!
