If you have been on a diet for a long time you will notice that your body will not lose as much as it did at the start so you might need to kick start and do the wendy plan.
Since the wendy plan have started many people have been doing the wendy plan each week now instead of there normal points.If want to lose a few extra pounds then this will be your answer.

The first week of doing wendy plan i lost 5llb,I have put some information on this page for you any question please just contact me.

On the Wendie plan you can have your super high day (SHD) any day you like expect your WI day and after the SHD you must have a super low day (SLD).

You can not save any points you must eat every single point each day - even if you are not hungry THIS IS A RULES.


Following the wendy plan is easy, Pick the points that you are on each day and then just change the days around to suit your WI day but please don't forget your SHD must follow the SLD.
